Sandeep Deokule is a healthcare technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. He has successfully delivered various Healthcare transformation initiatives across entire healthcare industry (payers, providers, Pharma, life sciences, manufacturing and biotechnology). Sandeep is established thought leader and has been speaker at leading Healthcare conferences (HIMSS, NPAG, WEDI and O’Reilly StrataRx). Prior to Devcool, he has played senior roles at organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Oracle, Siebel, and DHL.

Alina Sladariu

VP of Business Development

Alina has over 12 years of Technology and Healthcare IT experience in areas of Sales, Business development and Account Management. She has been instrumental in designing and executing the right strategies to ensure success and sales growth for the organization and has been an integral part of closing deals with many large clients. She is the primary enabler for Devcool’s recent growth.

Ronald Beteta

Director of Managed Services Practice

Ronald has been in Healthcare IT for over 20 years and has been with DevCool since its inception. He has managed technology operations for large healthcare organizations like Ochsner, BCBS California, BCBS Louisiana , Anthem and San Francisco Health Plan. He has put together Epic managed services processes and best practices for DevCool, He is responsible for building inhouse Epic teams and training plans

Charles has over 15 yeas of experience across all aspects of the healthcare industry, Charles has applied his expertise in systems integration, project management, healthcare and IT operations to realize administrative savings, improved revenue flow and increased patient safety results for several healthcare organizations. Charles is a well-rounded and experienced, and promotes and contributes to an environment of success around everything he’s involved in.

Adrea Peters

Epic Advisor

Adrea has over 25 years of Healthcare IT experience. She started her career at Microsoft and later moved to CliniCom, Inc., which was eventually purchased by McKesson Corporation where she was a Product Manager in Horizon Clinicals at the time of her departure in 2002. She became Director of IT at St. Michael’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, before becoming an independent consultant. Adrea specializes in Workflow and Process Engineering and is highly experienced in Testing, Go Live Readiness, and Physician and Revenue Cycle Management optimization. She has successfully implemented the EpicCare product suite for over a decade.
